
Ekonomi Pangan dan Energi A (EKO I/2025/2026)
This course explores the nexus between energy and food systems through the perspective of economics. It analyzes the role of energy in agricultural production, food distribution, and global food security, as well as the impacts of climate change, trade, and policy. Students will engage with theoretical frameworks, case studies, and policy debates to develop a comprehensive understanding of the interconnections between energy and food systems in the context of sustainable development.
